Risk: 1/10. I give it the one because it's a drink. You can pretty much abuse any drink. If you drink the serving size, and read the warnings, the risk is 0/10.

High: 6-7/10. It's less of a high and more of a drink to make you calm and relaxed. You won't be laughing, seeing everything blurry, and hearing everything at a lower volume (My experience with a real high.), but you'll feel relaxed and happy. I watched Hangover pt. II after drinking this and it was one of the best nights of my life.
