Risk: 0/10 >> Risk would only come if you decided to stare at the strobe hours on end. If you're prone to seizures/suffer from epilepsy then this could result with a higher risk.
High: It drops down the more you do it. My first time was a 10/10 but it soon dropped and stayed at about a 5/10.
